All sales are final

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage and antique items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Condition and description

Every item in our shop is vintage or antique and will show age-appropriate wear consistent with its history. Any known flaws, chips, cracks, repairs, or imperfections are noted and photographed in the listing. We encourage you to review all photos and descriptions carefully, and to reach out with any questions before purchasing.

Questions before you buy

We are happy to provide additional photos, measurements, or details about any item prior to purchase. Contact us at hello@luelladean.com and we will respond promptly.

Damaged in transit

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@luelladean.com with photos of the item and the original packaging. Shipping damage is handled on a case-by-case basis and is separate from our no-returns policy.
