Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Carrier selection is made at our discretion based on the size, weight, and fragility of your item.

Domestic shipping only

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally at this time.

Packaging

All items are carefully packed with appropriate protective materials. Fragile and antique pieces receive extra attention to ensure they arrive safely.

Insurance

Shipping insurance is included on higher-value orders at our discretion. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@luelladean.com with photos of the damage and original packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

All sales final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. We are happy to provide additional photos or answer questions prior to your order, just reach out at hello@luelladean.com.
